Belief systems are the basis for our reality.  They are formed in childhood by our interpretations of our experiences, and we subconsciously carry them into our adulthood. 

Some of your belief systems are holding you back. They were designed to keep you safe at the time they were formed, but we outgrow them and need to acknowledge their meaning to move forward. 

Accelerated talk therapy is a way to elicit change by understanding the underlying belief systems that keep us stuck in unwanted patterns.  This happens quickly and change can occur immediately.

To be clear, this isn’t a deep dive into the past. This is a tool to uncover subconscious patterns of thinking by recognizing where it first started.
